I don't leave reviews often, but I just have to leave a review to let everyone know just how outstanding The Beltas Law Firm is. I had a nightmare tenant that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy that I was trying to evict. I retained The Beltas Law Firm not knowing just how horrible my case would get. Between the tenant claiming my house is a de facto rent stabilized building to his ridiculous counterclaims of harassment, Brandy Beltas was always there every step of the way pushing relentlessly for a successful outcome in court. From your first conversation with Brandy you immediately become aware of her integrity and commitment. The nightmare tenant along with opposing counsel were out for blood and my case dragged on for almost a year because of the ridiculous claims and discovery demands by the tenant, but Brandy was always professional, attentive, responsive and provided clear insight about my case and suggested strategies I should take. She went above and beyond and made me feel like my case was her only case... and her rates are extremely reasonable. It is that which distinguishes Brandy's firm from the rest and her genuine care and dedication to her clients (and this is coming from someone who has worked in law firms now since my first job as a teen) . I can't thank Brandy enough for the successful outcome of my case and I would highly recommend The Beltas Law Firm.
